La Saint-Patrick Slideshare
This new slideshare is a mini-presentation about a leprechaun. He introduces himself and talks briefly about Ireland and about his likes.
You can use this for group reading if you present it on a whiteboard (as you would show a PowerPoint) and you can also use it for guided reading by displaying it on a computer or tablet.
You can use it to model introductions (“Je me présente…”), discuss likes (“J’aime danser sous l’arc-en-ciel…”), and teach about Saint Patrick’s Day.

I’m sharing a set of FREE labelling printables for your students to work on their French vocabulary for Saint Patrick’s Day. Not ALL the words are related to the holiday, but most are.
When using the big picture, you can extend the activity by asking kids to add other items to the drawing, e.g. gold coins, the Irish flag, etc.
