Teaching French animals vocabulary is a great way to make your kids interested in learning new words because the subject is highly engaging.
Some of the first words a child learns to speak refer to animals. There’s a reason for that: animals are fun and children are naturally interested in them.
French Animals Vocabulary Practice
This set of worksheets for stamping or writing practice is very similar to the French alphabet stamping worksheets and it’s also something kids will want to do.
Additionally, you can differentiate the activity based on the skills you’d like to focus on.
Kids can stamp…
…or write.
But this set has one extra activity that your kids will LOVE: animals stamping (or writing) crosswords!
I’ve included many variations of the crossword pages so you can easily differentiate the activity.
The set has 31 names of animals practice sheets in 2 versions each (with and without primary writing lines) and 12 crosswords sheets in 4 versions each.
If you’d like to save on paper copies, use the this resources to practice writing (not stamping). For this purpose, insert the worksheets into page protectors and have students use dry-erase markers.
Oh, and if you’re interested in the resource, but would like to try it out before purchasing, download the FREE sample.
