Not only are these “phrases mêlées” fun to unscramble, but they’ll also get your students practicing questions!
Every sentence is in fact a question, so you’ll be making students work extra hard: figuring out the right order of words AND answering questions.

Sight words are so important that I believe we should take all opportunities to make students practice them.
And I’ve included optional worksheets for you to assign to those kids that don’t have fathers.

3. Father’s Day French Resources: Slideshare about “la fête des pères”
This is a Slideshare with simple sentences about Father’s Day. It’s great for beginning readers in French.
After “watching” it, you can assign different countries for students to research on the internet. They have to find out when Father’s Day is celebrated in those places.
